The project assisted a private consortium to develop a masterplan for the Sunshine Gateway site which will facilitate a significant new mixed-use development. The land is located within the Sunshine Activity Centre. The site is critical to the regeneration of the centre. Tom Harrington (Director) prepared a planning and development strategy for the site, planning documentation, and facilitated all government liaison and advocacy. The project has culminated in an approved masterplan and development plan for the site. For more information:
