Keilor Central Shopping Centre

Navy Blue Planning led a consultant team to prepare a Masterplan and Development Plan to enable a significant expansion of the Keilor Central Shopping Centre in Victoria.

Approval of the Development Plan was obtained in 2023 and provides for the staged redevelopment of the centre for the next 10-15 years.

The Development Plans changes the ethos behind the traditional “internal pedestrian mall” through the provision of:

A broader range of uses, including 320 new dwellings.
20,000sqm of new retail, shops and marketplace which “open out” and embrace the outdoors.
New laneways and market style experience.
Landscaping and “greening” public places.
Improved activation, visitation and connections to the existing centre
Staged, masterplanned redevelopment incorporating a variety of land uses.

Parwan Industrial Precinct

The 190-hectare site is located in Parwan Victoria. Tom Harrington led a consultant team to prepare a Masterplan / Development Plan for the site and subsequent planning approvals.

The project involved complex design, engineering, environmental and cultural heritage approvals.

The project is of State and regional significance, is currently under construction and will deliver upwards 500 jobs.

Industrial warehouses – Denmark Road and King George Crecent, Echuca

Navy Blue Planning obtained approval for two x twenty-unit industrial warehouse developments on adjacent lots in Echuca. The development provides;

Flexible floorplates to suit a variety of different employer types.
Separate office, amenities and end of trip facilities for each unit.
Individual car parking, loading a and unloading facilities.
A reduction in standard car parking to maximise developable yield from the land.
