Wallan East Precinct
Tom Harrington prepared Planning Scheme Amendment C104 to implement the findings of the Drainage Study and Echuca Rural Southeast Structure Plan. Tom prepared a framework plan for inclusion within the planning scheme and all relevant planning scheme amendment documentation. The Amendment assisted in the implementation and overall development of the Echuca Southeast rural living area.
