Tom Harrington prepared a planning report to support the rezoning of the former Highett Gasworks site in Cheltenham Victoria. The subject site is of State significance, previously serving as a gas manufacturing and distribution plant for the Gas and Fuel Corporation. The subject site has a total area of 6.33Ha. The master plan delivers varying heights of 2 to 8 storeys across the site.
