Navy Blue Planning obtained planning approval for the redevelopment of the Gippsland Sports and Entertainment Park (GSEP).

The facility is predominantly used for local and community soccer; however has previously hosted A-League and W-League soccer, Super Rugby and various events.

The project provides for a refurbished and renewed community sports facility, including:

• Demolition of existing clubrooms and grandstand.
• The addition of a new synthetic pitch and upgrades to two existing turf pitches.
• Construction of a new pavilion, change rooms, and change pod.
• Upgraded car parking and access with a new vehicle access point from Crinigan Road.
• Upgraded lighting.

The project offers enhancement to the capacity, functionality and appearance of this regionally significant sport and recreation facility, while providing the opportunity to attract future events to the precinct.
