Navy Blue Planning led a project team to secure planning approval for the development of a new masterplannned residential village at Lake Narracan, Victoria. The project provides for:
- A vibrant, communal living environment for residents aged 55+, featuring 283 new homes, clubhouse and recreation facilities.
- Protection of environmentally significant areas of the site.
- Connections to surrounding including Lake Narracan, Moe Golf Club, and future activity centre.
The project was approved in 2025 in close collaboration with Latrobe City Council and without the need for VCAT proceedings.
